Clauset pieces ship direct from the people who make them. Here is what to expect.
Dispatch
Pieces come direct from the maker, so dispatch times vary by brand; most ship within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces say so on the product page and take longer.
Cost
Shipping is a flat rate per order: US $3 within Thailand, US $15 everywhere else, shown in your display currency at checkout. Orders over US $150 ship free. Rates may change as we add carriers.
Delivery
Within Southeast Asia, delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. International delivery runs 7–14 business days depending on destination and carrier.
Duties & taxes
For international orders, any import duties or taxes are set by your country and may be collected on delivery. These are not included in the price shown.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking once your maker dispatches. You can also check your order any time at /track with your order reference and email address.
