- How long does an order take?
- Because pieces come direct from small makers, dispatch and delivery vary by brand and destination. See Shipping & Delivery for the details shown at checkout.
- Can I return something?
- Yes, fourteen days to change your mind, and longer when a piece is faulty. One policy for every brand on the site; the detail is on the Returns & Refunds page.
- What currency are prices in?
- Prices settle in US dollars. The header switcher shows an indicative conversion for your region, but the amount charged is the USD price.
- How do I track my order?
